has a passion for orchestrating high quality events infused with technology and grace. ‘Ritu’, as fondly known among friends, has 25 years’ experience in Event Management, including organizing and managing conferences, entertainment evenings and award functions, his strength being large scale conference & exhibitions.
Rituraj always had a knack for events and in 2002 he left his job at NASSCOM (one of the most acclaimed IT association, which organizes 12 -14 large conference in a year for the IT industry) and started Ovation Inc. He also has worked in some of the most well-known companies like CyberMedia, Percept Ltd., Launched Sweetheart Ice Creams in India from Birmingham, UK and NPA EVENTS LLC. In Muscat, Oman.
To horn his passion further, he joined and completed his Masters in Events and Exhibition Management from Birmingham City University, UK in 2013 (1 ½ year course).
Rituraj has done many corporate events for numerous clients. Two of the most recent prestigious project that would like to highlight is the Indo Africa ICT Expo in Africa (2015, 2016 in Kenya; 2017, 2018 in Nigeria) and India -Asean ICT Expo (2017 in Jakarta and 2018 in Hanoi, Vietnam). The event has conference in conjunction with an expo for over 150 companies. The conference itself attracts approx. 5000 delegates.

Shivani has Worked in service sector, since 1997 and off late into B2B space.
Fortunate to have been part of building a brand than joining a brand – answer to a question often asked, while conducting sessions etc…while drive industry academia workshops etc. Some of the sectors got opportunity to learn from are: Hospitality,Textile,Publishing -Media & Advertising, Industry Body, HR Consulting,Academia,Trade Development Agency, Tech Start-ups and NGOs. Drove cross-functional responsibilities covering – MR, Sales, Marketing – PR -Corp Communication, Social Media, Events and Inter Trade Alliances, Govt Interface, Industry Academic Interface. Also got into establishing connect with VCs and US PE fund group for few Start-ups looking at raising funds.
Fortunate to be part of organisations, from their initial stage; from day one of my professional journey and it continues …probably what is called ‘destined or scripted’. What’s is today called ‘Start-ups’ is what one started with in 1997, as full time Executive in Publishing and Advertising Co.

Vivek is also a co-founder of a not-for-profit called “Alisha Foundation”, which works in the field of health awareness and intends to use technology, systems, processes and communication to coordinate the use of resources in social sector programs.
